Sleep and waking time should always be kept same. One should wake up in Brahma Muhurta (about one and half hours before sunrise it   keeps the mind in a balanced state. Thank God immediately after waking up. Take a glass of water as soon as you wake up. Water can be taken fresh or canned according to the weather. One You can also drink by squeezing half a lemon in a glass of water. Drink water slowly while sitting. Keep a regular time of defecation too. After cleansing your teeth according to your capacity (3 to 5 minutes) warm water or sesame oil or coconut Spread the oil in the mouth and then spit it. Gums and teeth are healthy. Do not clean the teeth with sweet flavored toothpaste. Instead use a toothpaste made of neem or liquorice or acacia. Clean the tongue after brushing. Take a bath and massage with sesame oil.

In cold weather, heat the water from 60 to 70 degrees Celsius and add a little salt (half a teaspoon in a bucket). Salt has been said in Ayurveda to scratch out defects. By adding salt to the bath water, it removes dirt from the skin and opens the pores. Waking up late in the night increases Vata dosha. Sleep early wake up early Go to sleep till 10 in the night. Sleep for 7-8 hours daily. The best time to sleep is between 10 pm and 6 am. In the meantime it is not possible to sleep, so try to sleep at least at the appointed time every day.  Keep a distance of at least 2-5 hours between dinner and bedtime. About half an hour before bedtime, you can take a cup of lukewarm toned milk. If possible, meditate 10 minutes before bedtime. After lying in bed, play a good sleep meditation music (available on YouTube) and focus on music while relieving stress throughout the day. Slowly move attention to the breath. You will feel sleepy in a while. It gives deep and good de. Do not run TV, laptop etc. in sleeping room , nor use mobile. By doing this the mind is not ready to sleep.

According to Ayurveda, immunity is strengthened by taking care of routines and seasonal habits. The routine includes things like sleeping , eating, wearing on time , then working according to the weather in the ritual season like eating curd or ice in winter or avoiding sleeping during the day etc .  Daily 45-60 minutes exercise must pronounce it Kadiostenthning and stretching , in three include the kind of exercise. While taking vitamins or minerals to increase immunity, the most important thing is where it is being taken. If we take this plant from nature then how much we will take. No needs to consider it . here planet means live products ( fresh fruit , vegetable , greens etc .) if power in the from of supplement, There is no sihnificant benefit when taking syrup or tablet. 

Chew 4-5 leaves of basil in the morning or evening or drink one teaspoon juice of basil leaves daily. Chew a 1 inch piece of Giloy daily. Its powder is also available in the market by the name of Amritarishta , a small spoon of which can be taken daily.
The body is not able to judge it well. In the summer, between 8 and 11 sat for 30 to 35 minutes in the sun. In the winter, between 9 and 12 in the morning, 35 to 40 minutes sat in the sun. It provides sufficient amount of vitamin D. Drink about half a teaspoon (2-3 grams) of ground turmeric or 1 inch piece of raw turmeric in milk daily. It is better to take turmeric with milk because it is more effective in taking it with fat.

Immunity

You can take 20 ml (4 teaspoons) of Ashwagandharishta daily with the same amount of water. Take it after eating. Do not take on an empty stomach and do not take without water. Can take Chyawanprash. It is also helpful in increasing immunity, but take as much , so that it does not affect the appetite. This quantity may vary for everyone. Take it in the morning with warm milk. You can eat 1 teaspoon of honey every day from children to elders. The micronutrients present in it make our immunity stronger. Keep in mind that honey happen , which is frozen in winter. Such honey has a natural wax, which contains many minerals that enhance immunity.

Increase immunity in children in such a way. 

1. How to make milk with turmeric or turmeric or grated milk or ashwagandha milk 

Boil 10 ml of half a glass of milk with 3 grams of liquorice for 10 minutes. Is the problem of child bile is , for them it is very beneficial. Mix 1 gram turmeric or 1 gram dry ginger or 2 grams ashwagandha powder in 100 mL milk and give it once a day. Will greatly benefit in phlegm. 

2. Swarnaprashan means gold and gold means pricking. Meaning, the child should be licked by mixing gold or gold and medicine, honey and ghee. You can give a child who has a fire balance in any 7 days in a month. This sharpens the mind ,Good digestion, good immunity and physical strength also comes. 

Children’s routine should wake up to sunrise after 8 to 10 hours of sleep. 

Do not clean the tooth with sweet tasting toothpaste. This increases digestive problems on the teeth side. Abhyang: Massage the body with sesame oil in winter and coconut oil in summer. 

Apply sesame oil or ghee in both the nerves after bathing. It should not be applied only during the kovid , always apply it. Washing the eyes of children with a decoction made of Triphala is beneficial. The decoction temperature should be normal.

Good eating habits

It  is good to have breakfast within 2 hours of waking up from sleep in the morning . Drinking half a teaspoon of gooseberry powder with one spoon of honey on an empty stomach in the morning will benefit. This will also increase immunity and digestion. Fruits and vegetables are very important to eat. By not eating enough vegetables and fruits, it is possible to suffer from diseases related to heart , kidney, liver. All the seven colors of the rainbow and the tongue should be a mixture of all the six tastes known. The seven colors are Red , Orange , Yellow, Green, Blue , Jamni and Purple. Similarly, sour ( orange , lemon, amla , buttermilk etc.) , sweet ( jaggery), Khand, honey etc.), Namkeen (salted things), Kadva (bitter gourd , neem etc.) , Kasaila (radish, rajma, pulses etc.), tart (green chillies etc.). Be sure to include seasonal fruits and vegetables. Take at least 1 to 2 bowls of green vegetables , such as spinach , mustard greens, cauliflower, etc., and 1 to 2 fruits like pineapple every day after breakfast. Actually, omega-3 fatty acids are found in these vegetables and fruits which reduces inflammation in the body. Fish is the   best thing for non-veg eaters . This increases the capacity of the langs. Basil, Turmeric and amla are also beneficial. Live in the area, where to eat fruits and vegetables grow on. You will get fresh and cheap too. Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables only. Eating things kept in cold storage gives less nutrition. Lemon , Amla, Garlic, Ginger , Black Pepper, Cinnamon. Clove, cumin, celery, cucumber, tomato, radish, carrot, leafy seasonal vegetables, banana, papaya, coconut ,Seasonal fruits – Try to eat these things in some form every day, even if the quantity is small. Instead of sugar , junk food and most white things ( all-purpose sugar, rice, etc.), focus on eating multigrain or multicolor ( pulses, wheat, gram, barley, carrots, spanich  etc.).

Packed food, prized food, fast food (which are not normal food ), etc., are added to such things which are fresh in appearance , but in reality they are rancid. These are made fresh by mixing chemicals. Do not eat such things. Beneficial foods in most seasons are moong , rock salt, fish, cow ghee, cow milk, sesame oil, dry ginger, dry grapes. Harmful food in most seasons, urad, potato milk and curd , milk and sour substances,  Milk and snacks etc. Dinner should be lightest and should be done by 8 pm. If we eat one amla every day , once or several times , with raw or salt or by boiling it, then our body’s need of vitamin-C is fulfilled every day. Take calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamins. For this, add cashew , kiwi , pumpkin seeds , milk , eggs , spinach , carrots etc. to your diet.
The calcium present in milk can absorb the body only when the amount of vitamin D in the milk drinker’s body is also correct. For this , between 9-10 and 1-2 noon , one should sit in the sun continuously for 30 to 35 minutes. If you feel like eating sweet after eating, eating fennel is a good option. It is mildly sweet and it also removes bad breath. 
Only eat food while eating. All attention should be on food. Do not speak. Neither read newspapers etc. nor watch TV, laptop , mobile.-To reduce body weight, one should drink warm water 1 hour before food intake .
Anyone can drink the decoction. If any adult person is taking the decoction for the first time, then it should start with 5 to 10 ml ie 2 to 3 – chunks. Then its quantity should be increased gradually . It can be increased from 50 to 70 mL, or about a cup, every day . Children below 5 years should not drink decoction.
